Cookies

The internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Hosting Provider & Server LogFiles

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: IP address, browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request. This data cannot be directly assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use. This data, as well as all data on this website, is stored by our hosting provider Squarespace Ireland Ltd, Le Pole House, 1st Floor Ship Street Great, Dublin 8 Ireland, whose privacy policy can be found here.

SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties. In addition, we apply further appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, including your IP address, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Links to other websites

This privacy policy only applies to online offers that link to this privacy policy and not to websites and applications of other group companies with their own privacy policy or websites and applications of other third parties. This privacy policy also does not apply if and to the extent that we act as a processor of our business partners, e.g. if we act as a hosting or cloud provider. Online Offerings may contain links to third-party websites and applications that may be of interest to you. We are not responsible for the processing of your personal data within the framework of websites or applications that are not operated by us, nor for their content.

Social plugins

All integrated social plugins - e.g. from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube - work via the 2-click process; this means that the recording of your surfing behaviour by a plugin only starts when you activate the corresponding plugin by clicking on it in the first place. If you are logged in with your account of a social media platform at the same time as visiting our website, for example, the page visit can be assigned to your user account after activating the plugin (first click).
